We're looking for hands-on educators who enjoy teaching children and want to shape the future of Wiggler's live coaching experience.
The coach never starts from a blank screen. Wiggler brings the child's learning story into every session.

This role can grow with you, from direct coaching to shaping quality, tools, and future teacher teams.
Lead thoughtful small-group or 1:1 reading sessions.
Help children build confidence and reading independence.
Shape Wiggler's live coaching system from the beginning.
Train, observe, and support future Reading Coaches.
Work with the product team to improve tools and learning.
Grow into a teacher lead or coaching operations role.
You may already be teaching, leading educators, returning to work, or building something of your own.
We care about teaching quality, ownership, communication, comfort with technology, and a genuine desire to understand each child.
In the beginning, we want someone comfortable teaching children personally while helping us build the coaching system, train teachers, solve parent and scheduling problems, and improve the experience.
Slightly too experienced to only be a teacher, but still genuinely enjoys teaching.

For some early-stage roles, compensation may include a combination of fixed pay, per-class pay, or revenue-linked upside depending on the responsibility and involvement.
No long, corporate hiring maze. Just a few useful conversations and a chance to work together.
