What to include

A few details let us answer on the first reply instead of the third.

The phone number the account was registered with, or the email address if you signed in with Google or Apple. We need it to find the right account.
Your child's first name and the lesson or activity the problem happened in, if it is about the app rather than the account.
The device and operating system you were using — an iPad on iPadOS 17, a Samsung tablet on Android 14 — and whether it happens every time.

What happens next

We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday, from hi@wigglerjr.com. Account deletion requests are completed within 30 days and confirmed by email; you can also delete the account yourself in the app, and the delete account page explains how. We never ask for your password, and we will never ask a child for account details.
